The RF cable TV head end unit is a 19 inch rack
design with each rack contains up to 8 slots that
can integrate different kind of modules for RF
TV. Each module put on each slot provides one
RF modulated channel output. There are many kinds
of modules that can be select as a signal output
for each channel:
AS-32: Free To Air (FTA) DVB-S satellite
TV receiver with RF modulator
AS-32M: DVB-S satellite TV receiver with
CI socket and RF modulator
AU-32P: CF card Digital media player with
RF modulator
AU-32G: WinCE platform with RF modulator
that provides real time Google map output (required
for a GPS external receiver, and real time 3G
Internet connection)
